Photo Challenge: Your neighbourhood

You have two weeks. 10-15 photos. Share the photos on your blog or facebook. Leave a comment + link here so we can have a look and see where you live. Copy and paste this so others share their neighbourhood.
The photos can all be taken in one walk around the block if you like, or over a two week period. They don't have to be professional photos, you can take them on your iPhone. Just do it and get them online.
Who's in?

Here's my neighbourhood. I took a walk around the block this afternoon and this is what I came up with. I cheated by doubling up photos 'cos i couldn't get it down to 15. (I suck at editing). Apparently this could be the last time i see the sun until spring.

Carlton North

 And something a little different.

Gorgeous, love the double ups (& triples).
My suburb isn't as pretty as yours :(

If your suburb isn't as pretty (and let's face it, this one is exceptionally photogenic) then you just have to try a bit harder. Or make it a bit quirky. Or abstract even.
There's lot you could include.

Oh, I wished I lived in North Carlton. I already posted some of mine on my friend CARA's wall. You'll have to 'friend' CARA residents to them... But I will do some more, maybe Thursday. Wish me luck with the weather.

I can't wait to see more of your neighbourhood Jill. Lot's of interesting visuals going on around there!
I could see the photos but not comment or like them. I've sent a friend request.

I don't know if this link will work. My photos are on facebook.

Would be good to see a few more neighbourhoods.

Thanks Ilaria. It would be great to see your neighbourhood!
The link didn't work Steven but I checked them on facebook. Interesting interpretation of your neighbourhood. I like the hot air balloon one.
Jill, did you get out and take more of your neighbourhood?
And Bekky - where's yours?
Oh and Stew? I see there are a hundred links to your blog at the bottom of this post but i don't think that counts. 10-15 photos of your neighbourhood in one post would be good. How about it?
Cheers

Looks like the facebook links aren't live but if you copy and paste them I think they get you there.
Here's a link to Jill's blog which will hopefully work.

Nice stuff Jill. Lots of variety in there and a few that really stood out as favourites for me (the stairwell comes to mind). I tried to post a comment on your blog but it wouldn't let me. Will try again later.
Cheers

OK. There must be a way to include live links in a blogger comment. Anyone know how?

A bit of a pain but it worked.
If you're interested, you have to use the following
02
and replace the 01 with the web address and put what you want to show up in place of the 02.

A hobble around with Stew

Steven's Neighbourhood on an iPhone

Around the Block with Jill

OK. Too hard. Just click on the links and ignore the 'how to'. lol. I don't know how to share the code without it turning into a link that leads nowhere. Just Google it.
